Comedy The hubbub of the party is spreading in colourful peals of laughter across the elegant living room of the villa, while the murmur of conversations is cheerfully sparkling from the constellations of socializing guests. The delightfully impish notes from the Dave Brubeck Quartet lure the dancing bodies into their melancholy swing. There is a strange lightness, which in fact conceals its own dying away. Nasser Martin-Gousset, who draws his inspiration from the comedies of the 60’s, daringly blends humour and glamour, rock music and pop music, romanticism and thriller. This remarkable dancer and choreographer interweaves euphoric dancing, an impressionist atmosphere and cinematographic grammar, staging his Comedy in a long, burlesque, absurd and melancholy sequence shot.
