Romanian cellist Andrei Ionita, 2015 “Tchaikovsky” contest winner, chose Japanese pianist Naoko SONODA as his privileged partner. The audience will easily feel their complicity in an extremely rich programme composed by a Beethoven's maturity piece - Sonata op. 102 n 1 - followed by Schumann's poetic Fantasiestücke op. 73, three Subtle Fauré's short pieces and Glazunov’s melancholic "Chant du Ménestrel". We will also be able to listen to Andrei Ionita solo on stage with popular CASSADO’s Suite.
