Le Voyage de Benjamin
Gérard Wajcman
A journey to find a better world by a trio of cheerful actors
Does the Better World Land exist? In order to find it out, one day, full of hope and together with his friend Senderl, Benjamin leaves his native shtetl at the depths of Russia. Based on an ancient Yiddish theatre piece, and played by a trio of singing and dancing actors, "Le voyage de Benjamin" forges a valuable, tender and funny link between past and present migrations.
