The concert by soprano Caroline Casadesus and her two sons, Thomas and David Enhco playing the piano and trumpet, crosses a wide and wonderful range from classical to jazz in a virtuoso performance. The program includes pieces by Purcell, Fauré, and Weill, plus original compositions by Thomas and David Enhco, and even more surprises not revealed here. The program has been devised with great care, and leaves free scope with classical works merging into swing music and improvisation. The three musicians from the grand dynasty combine their talent with irresistible fun.
