A gift in the bloodline does not fade, as can be seen in the history of music with the Bach, Couperin and Mozart dynasties. The series of three concerts provides further examples of musicians whose talent runs through the family tree. Cellist Marc Coppey, a regular at the Théâtre de la Ville, will appear with his son Emmanuel playing the violin in a program of Brahms and Schubert, together with Magdalene Ho, the piano prodigy from Malaysia who won the 2023 Clara Haskil Prize at the age of nineteen. On the same day, two generations of the Casadesus dynasty will also be featured: soprano Caroline Casadesus and her two sons, Thomas Enhco (piano) and David Enhco (trumpet), performing a varied and joyful selection of works. Then there is a program of ancient music with Raphaël Pidoux (cello) and his son Gabriel (oboe, and 2020 winner in the Solo Revelation category of the Victoires de la musique classique awards), performing with Sybille Roth (harpsichord).
